About The Position

This role will serve as the face of Daedalus Industrial to our client with full program responsibility including Production Management, Materials and Procurement and On Time Delivery while engaging in the full spectrum of Customer Service. The Program Leader is responsible for Client and Company success within the program.

Requirements

Four Year Degree with additional certification or vocational training in electrical systems preferred.
Five (5) years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
5+ years of experience as an electrician preferred.
Experience in commercial, industrial, or construction Management is preferred.
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics is also a plus.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
Commitment to safety and the ability to enforce safety protocols and regulations.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Manage Materials and Procurement, including Inventory Control, FIFO, Supplier Performance, Traceability, Pre-Production Kitting, and Warranty Program management.
Set and maintain monthly production targets, work with Quality Program team to facilitate compliance and continuous process improvement.
Own the Program P&L to ensure profitability.
Work closely with Logistics team to ensure on time every time delivery on orders.
Maintain robust packaging methods to protect products in transit while working to maximize shipment size to control freight costs.
Accommodate customer requests creatively while minimizing risk and cost impact to Daedalus Industrial.
Host multiple meetings monthly to address Client Forecasting, Daedalus Partner coordination, Client Site Fulfillment and Supplier Forecasting.
Develop reporting methods to track Key Performance Indicators to keep Daedalus Leadership informed and engaged fully with the success of the program.
