About The Position

The Electrical Outside Salesperson is responsible for increasing sales and profit through the acquisition and development of new business, maintaining existing business and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent AND 1 year of Outside Sales Experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent AND 1 year of Electrical Industry Experience
• High School Diploma or Equivalent AND 1 year of Progressive Industry Experience
• Ability to read blueprints preferred.
• Must possess basic computer skills
• Ability to read a map and/or follow written directions.
• Must pass company required drug screen and physical.
• Must be a minimum age of 21 years old
• Must maintain a valid driver’s license
• Ability to travel to Coburn’s customer and company branch locations.

Responsibilities

• Sales volume and profit are increased by acquiring new accounts.
• Sales & Profits are increased by introducing new products, increasing individual customer’s sales volumes, and retaining customer loyalty.
• Customer loyalty is maintained by providing Coburn’s exceptional level of customer service as measured through increased sales and profits, customer retention, customer feedback and/or satisfaction ratings.
• Knowledge is developed and maintained in order to increase credibility with customers, as measured through increased sales and customer loyalty.
