Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential new construction and service electrical work.
Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Valid electrical license and certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations of residential new construction electrical projects.
Coordinate and schedule project timelines, resources, and installers.
Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.
Supervise and mentor electrical crews, providing guidance and support.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
Collaborate with clients, builders, and other stakeholders to ensure satisfaction.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare reports, P&L responsibility.
Identify and resolve project issues promptly and effectively.
Implement and maintain best practices for project management and operational efficiency.
