About The Position

Under the direction of the Electronic Engineer, this position is a key part of a team responsible for the rebuilding and refurbishment of film extrusion equipment. Basic functions include electrical panel assembly, machine wiring, AutoCAD drawings/schematics, mechanical assembly, and initial equipment disassembly. May include making modifications to existing equipment, repairs, and preventative maintenance functions.

Requirements

HS Diploma or GED equivalent
2-5 years’ industrial maintenance experience
Mechanics and machine operation
PLC troubleshooting experience
VFDs, motors, sensors, and controls
Pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting
Electrical systems and schematics
Workplace safety procedures
Ability to diagnose and repair automated manufacturing equipment

Associate or bachelor's degree preferred in Industrial Maintenance, Engineering Technician, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Controls Engineering or similar
