Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 4+ years of experience with general maintenance OR an Associates degree in a technical field
Responsibilities
- Analyze defects or breakdowns and lead corrective actions; escalate in case of need.
- Ensure first and second level maintenance, anticipate maintenance interventions, alert leaders or supervisors when production deviation.
- Support breakdown maintenance resources.
- Fill maintenance intervention requests.
- Realize equipment and process verification prior to start-up.
- Apply ERIM (Equipment Reliability Improvement Management).
