Cooper Consolidated is seeking an experienced Electrical Manager to lead the safe, reliable, and efficient operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of electrical systems supporting electric floating cranes, barges, shore-powered equipment, and terminal operations. This role provides technical leadership for electrical infrastructure, automation systems, motor controls, power distribution, and crane control systems. The Electrical Manager will oversee electrical maintenance personnel and contractors, manage capital and maintenance projects, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. This position partners closely with operations and maintenance teams to maximize equipment uptime, reliability, and operational performance, serving as the organization's primary electrical subject matter expert in a demanding marine and cargo-handling environment.
