About The Position

Join a leading industrial maintenance team as an Electrical Maintenance Technician III on our 1st shift in Greenville, SC. You will leverage your expertise in electrical systems to ensure optimal facility operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a maintenance electrician in industrial settings (or equivalent combination).
  • Proficient in troubleshooting PLCs, AC/DC drives, relay logic, and mechanical/electrical schematics.
  • Solid understanding of National Electric Code (NEC).
  • Strong math skills for electrical calculations and conversions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights up to 30 feet.
  • Experience with building automation and CMMS platforms.
  • Valid Driver’s License may be required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test and obtain security access badge.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to work orders and execute preventive and corrective maintenance on facility electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including motors, drives, low voltage controls, lighting, PLCs, HVAC, chillers, VFDs, and RTU systems.
  • Maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical equipment up to 480V 3-phase.
  • Utilize building automation systems to monitor and optimize facility operations.
  • Read and update electrical schematics and prints.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, including lockout/tagout procedures and PPE usage.
  • Recommend improvements for equipment performance and maintenance methods.
  • Provide customer-focused service and maintain accurate records in the CMMS.
  • Support general facility maintenance and other duties as assigned.
