Support field electrical maintenance and electrical isolation using lockout/tagout (LOTO) procedures for lighting, air conditioning, and motors. Plan and perform scheduled preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize production impacts and maximize equipment availability. This position typically reports to a supervisor. In addition to Level I and II responsibilities, the technician will coordinate with vendors and subcontractors, follow Management of Change (MOC) requirements for plant modifications, identify opportunities to improve work practices, reduce costs, and simplify maintenance. The technician will also follow and promote safety, security, health, and environmental (SSHE) standards, use Observation Safety Techniques (OST) to report safe and unsafe acts, and participate in responsible waste management and operations morning shift meetings.
