About The Position

The Electrical Maintenance & Reliability Engineer will lead electrical troubleshooting and root cause analysis (RCA) efforts to evaluate conditions, resolve issues, and prevent recurring failures. This role will provide technical justification and support to project managers for equipment upgrades and improvements. The engineer will support a lean manufacturing environment by applying PDCA principles to engineering changes and clearly communicating status to stakeholders. This position will also participate in a rotating on-call schedule to support 24/7 manufacturing operations and ensure electrical safety compliance by addressing risk assessments, performance levels, and proper PPE selection. Additionally, the engineer will develop detailed drawings using AutoCAD and/or Inventor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in a manufacturing or production environment
• Proficient in AutoCAD and programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
• Solid understanding of industrial automation systems and integrated machinery processes
• Experience working with medium voltage systems up to 4,160V
