About The Position
We are looking for a talented Electrical Maintenance – Level II to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Rocky Mount, NC.
Requirements
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and electrical repairs.
Responsibilities
- Promptly reporting major injury hazards and work-related incidents to create a safer work environment.
- Adhering to HSE standards, policies, and procedures to ensure all operations meet regulatory requirements.
- Encouraging interdependence and looking out for colleagues to foster a culture of safety and mutual support.
- Applying high standards of workmanship and performing quality inspections to maintain and improve product quality.
- Providing feedback on preventive maintenance and supporting equipment uptime to enhance operational efficiency.
- Troubleshooting and performing electrical repairs to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Instructing and coaching less experienced team members to build a stronger, more capable team.
- Actively participating in continuous improvement activities and TPM teams to drive process enhancements and operational excellence.
