[Jeffersonville, OH] Electrical Maintenance Engineer
About The Position
The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems for automated material handling equipment at an on-site location in Jeffersonville, Ohio. The project term runs from the start date through December 2026. Pay is $50–$100 per hour, depending on experience and technical qualifications. The role involves inspecting, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing electrical systems and components, as well as supporting equipment upgrades, modifications, and installations. The engineer will coordinate with controls engineers, mechanical technicians, and operations teams and maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with industrial power systems, motors, sensors, and VFDs.
- Experience supporting automated equipment or manufacturing facilities.
- Willingness to travel and work on-site.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with ASRS, conveyor, sortation, or warehouse automation systems.
- Basic PLC troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of OSHA and electrical safety requirements.
- Strong communication skills in Korean.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical systems for automated material handling equipment.
- Inspect and maintain electrical panels, MCCs, sensors, motor controls, VFDs, and power distribution systems.
- Diagnose electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
- Review and troubleshoot electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Support equipment upgrades, modifications, and electrical installations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and reliability improvement activities.
- Coordinate with controls engineers, mechanical technicians, and operations teams.
- Maintain maintenance records and technical documentation.
