Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in commercial electrical field, required.
  • Mechanical ability to assemble technical products to a build sheet.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
  • Familiarity with electrical parts and fittings, required.

Nice To Haves

  • Journeyman License is NOT required.
  • Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Bluebeam & Procore Software a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Installation of Mini Power Zone and wiring of all downstream receptacles, switches and controls.
  • Ability to read build sheets.
  • Ability to install buss bars and terminate wires.
  • Installation of strut, EMT, connectors and fittings.
  • Troubleshooting and repair: Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical systems and equipment, replacing faulty components as needed.
  • Lead, mentor, and support Electrical staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training to ensure team members meet operational standards and goals.
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate priorities, updates, and safety protocols.
  • Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, cost control, and quality assurance.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline Electrical operations.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles and best practices to enhance productivity and workflow.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process changes.
  • Ensure Electrical activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Promote a safe working environment through regular audits, training, and corrective actions.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and best practices including those related to safety and health.
  • All other duties as assigned by management.
