Requirements

3+ years’ experience in commercial electrical field, required.
Mechanical ability to assemble technical products to a build sheet.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to function well in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
Familiarity with electrical parts and fittings, required.

Nice To Haves

Journeyman License is NOT required.
Experience with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
Bluebeam & Procore Software a plus.

Responsibilities

Installation of Mini Power Zone and wiring of all downstream receptacles, switches and controls.
Ability to read build sheets.
Ability to install buss bars and terminate wires.
Installation of strut, EMT, connectors and fittings.
Troubleshooting and repair: Diagnose and resolve faults in electrical systems and equipment, replacing faulty components as needed.
Lead, mentor, and support Electrical staff, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training to ensure team members meet operational standards and goals.
Facilitate regular team meetings to communicate priorities, updates, and safety protocols.
Manage procurement activities, including vendor selection, cost control, and quality assurance.
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline Electrical operations.
Apply lean manufacturing principles and best practices to enhance productivity and workflow.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introductions and process changes.
Ensure Electrical activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
Promote a safe working environment through regular audits, training, and corrective actions.
Ensures compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and best practices including those related to safety and health.
All other duties as assigned by management.
