As Second Shift Electrical Lead at Jabil, Inc., you will oversee and guide the electrical team during the second shift, ensuring the efficient and safe execution of electrical projects, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret complex electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of electrical operators on the second shift, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
• Plan, schedule, and execute electrical installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance activities on production equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation to facilitate repairs and modifications.
• Coordinate with other shifts and departments to ensure seamless operational transitions and project continuity.
• Implement and maintain a preventative maintenance program for electrical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of electrical work performed, including repairs, installations, and inventory.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the electrical department.
• Participate in root cause analysis for electrical failures and implement corrective actions.
