About The Position

The Electrical Journeyman – Industrial is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical systems on industrial construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity. Reporting to the Field Foreman, this role also mentors apprentices, plans and organizes daily work, manages materials, and helps ensure projects are completed efficiently. Candidates with experience in water and wastewater treatment facilities are strongly preferred. The position requires a strong commitment to safety, craftsmanship, and teamwork across a variety of industrial and commercial projects.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years documented work in electrical industrial construction
Experience in water/wastewater treatment facilities is strongly preferred
Supervise a Journeyman and crew up to 6 employees
Excellent understanding of the electrical industry
Enjoy being part of a team, providing leadership, and producing high quality electrical workmanship
Be highly curious and motivated to continue your education and professional development
Willing to travel to a variety of job sites within a 50-mile radius
High School Diploma or GED required
Current Texas State electrical journeyman license
Minimum 4 years documented field work or completing of 4-year electrical apprentice program
Excellent understanding of the electrical industry
Compliance with all applicable safety regulations, personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and Loenbro's Environmental Health and Safety (EH&S) policies.

Nice To Haves

Candidates with experience in water and wastewater treatment facilities are strongly preferred.
