About The Position

Join our dynamic electrical and lighting contracting team as a Journeyman/Project Manager, where you'll play a critical role in delivering high-quality electrical services. Requirements

Proven experience (typically 2+ years) in electrical service.
A valid Journeyman License is required.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installations, and industry standards.
Willingness to be coached and trained on how to manage small/medium-sized projects
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Plan, oversee, and direct small to medium-sized electrical projects for the service department.
Ensure that pertinent information is effectively communicated to all departments involved in the project to facilitate collaboration and alignment.
Monitor project progress and ensure the project schedule is maintained.
Develop a project budget and track project costs in accordance with contractual obligations.
Review and study project documents, including estimates, design drawings, specifications, customer proposals, and contracts, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
