Mid-Level Electrical Integration Engineer

As a Mid-Level Electrical Integration Engineer, you'll be a contributing member of a cross-functional team responsible for the design, integration, and test of electrical infrastructure, with a focus on cable plant architecture supporting embedded and mission-critical hardware. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire.
- Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Working knowledge of electrical engineering processes, standards, and best practices (e.g., MIL-STD-461, MIL-W-22759, or similar)
- Familiarity with Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and electrical interface management
Nice To Haves
- Cable plant design, installation, and documentation
- Electrical integration across complex platforms
- Harness and wiring design using tools such as CREO, Capital, or similar
- Interface definition and connector/backplane design
- Signal integrity and power distribution analysis
- Configuration management of electrical documentation (drawings, schematics, BOMs)
Responsibilities
- Design, integration, and test of electrical infrastructure
- Focus on cable plant architecture supporting embedded and mission-critical hardware
- Translating platform-level requirements into electrical designs
- Reading and producing electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable drawings
- Troubleshooting across integrated electrical environments
- Working across mechanical, software, and systems engineering disciplines
- Mentoring junior engineers
- Identifying opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation
