About The Position

As a Mid-Level Electrical Integration Engineer, you'll be a contributing member of a cross-functional team responsible for the design, integration, and test of electrical infrastructure, with a focus on cable plant architecture supporting embedded and mission-critical hardware. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field, plus a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Department of Defense Secret security clearance is obtainable within a reasonable amount of time after hire.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Working knowledge of electrical engineering processes, standards, and best practices (e.g., MIL-STD-461, MIL-W-22759, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Interface Control Documents (ICDs) and electrical interface management

  • Cable plant design, installation, and documentation
  • Electrical integration across complex platforms
  • Harness and wiring design using tools such as CREO, Capital, or similar
  • Interface definition and connector/backplane design
  • Signal integrity and power distribution analysis
  • Configuration management of electrical documentation (drawings, schematics, BOMs)

Responsibilities

  • Design, integration, and test of electrical infrastructure
  • Focus on cable plant architecture supporting embedded and mission-critical hardware
  • Translating platform-level requirements into electrical designs
  • Reading and producing electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and cable drawings
  • Troubleshooting across integrated electrical environments
  • Working across mechanical, software, and systems engineering disciplines
  • Mentoring junior engineers
  • Identifying opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation
