About The Position

At Fuji Vegetable Oil, we aren't looking for someone who simply changes parts—we're looking for a skilled industrial troubleshooter who enjoys solving problems, improving equipment reliability, and keeping a world-class manufacturing facility operating safely and efficiently. This position is for our 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM shift, supporting maintenance operations in our food-grade vegetable oil refinery.

Requirements

5+ years of industrial electrical/instrumentation maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting skills
Experience with PLCs
Experience with Motors
Experience with VFDs
Experience with Instrumentation
Experience with Pneumatics
Experience with Process equipment
Ability to interpret electrical drawings
Strong mechanical aptitude
Commitment to safety
Technicians who enjoy diagnosing problems—not simply replacing parts.
Experience in industrial manufacturing and can confidently troubleshoot equipment to identify the root cause of failures.

Nice To Haves

Experience in food manufacturing, refining, chemical processing, paper, power generation or similar industrial environments preferred

Responsibilities

Maintain and troubleshoot the electrical and instrumentation systems that keep our refinery operating.
Troubleshoot electrical distribution and industrial control systems
Diagnose motors, motor controls, VFDs, MCCs and 480V equipment
Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment
Maintain and calibrate process instrumentation
Support DCS operations
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance
Read electrical drawings, P&IDs and schematics
Support root cause analysis and reliability improvements
Perform equipment installations and upgrades
Utilize SAP to document maintenance activities
Follow NFPA 70E, LOTO and all plant safety procedures
