About The Position

Fuji Vegetable Oil is seeking experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Technicians to join our 24/7 manufacturing operation. Our maintenance team plays a critical role in keeping our refinery operating safely and efficiently. We're seeking technicians who take pride in solving difficult problems, improving equipment reliability, and supporting continuous production. This position is ideal for technicians who enjoy longer shifts with more consecutive days off.

Requirements

Technical degree, apprenticeship or equivalent experience
5+ years industrial maintenance experience
PLC troubleshooting experience
Electrical & instrumentation troubleshooting skills
Strong mechanical aptitude
Ability to read schematics and technical drawings
Safety-first mindset
Experience in Food Manufacturing, Chemical Plants, Oil Refineries, Paper Mills, Utilities, Power Generation, Heavy Industrial Manufacturing, or Process Manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair and maintain electrical systems including motors, motor controls, MCCs, VFDs, 480V systems, and electrical distribution.
Troubleshoot, repair and maintain instrumentation systems including flow, pressure, temperature, level, analytical equipment, and calibration.
Troubleshoot automation systems including PLC troubleshooting, DCS support, control loops, and industrial networks.
Perform preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
