Bantrel is seeking a qualified Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Field Engineer (FE) / Field Specialist (FS) to join their mining team in Leroy, SK. This role involves performing field inspections and construction walk-downs to ensure electrical and instrumentation construction aligns with design intent. The E&I FE/FS will handle technical queries and non-conformance reports, utilize Integrated Construction Centre (ICC) platforms for issuing notices, and act as a liaison between the Owner (BHP), Engineers of Record (HBJV), and the construction team for all E&I engineering work. This includes interpreting designs, technical standards, and seeking validation to support construction. The position is part of the Hatch Bantrel Joint Venture (HBJV) executing engineering and construction for the BHP Jansen Potash Mine Project, a large-scale project in Saskatchewan. This is a short-term, project-based assignment aligned with key execution milestones, offered as a contractor or casual role. The position is a camp-based role on a Day shift 14 days on / 7 days off rotation and is not eligible for relocation subsidy or living out allowance.
