About The Position
George Brazil Plumbing & Electrical is seeking motivated team members for an Entry-Level Electrical Installer position. This role is designed as the first step towards becoming a residential Service Electrician. As an Electrical Installer, you will work closely with experienced electricians, assisting with installations, learning company systems, developing technical skills, and gaining essential hands-on experience for advancement into a technician role. Requirements

- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Responsibilities
- Assist electricians with residential electrical installations
- Load, unload, and transport tools, equipment, and materials
- Learn proper installation procedures and electrical best practices
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with teammates and homeowners
- Complete work according to company standards and safety guidelines
- Learn and follow the George Brazil Way and Nexstar service processes
- Develop your electrical knowledge through hands-on training and coaching
