About The Position

Frazer is seeking Electrical Installers at all experience levels to build and install electrical systems in emergency medical vehicles. Installers work from work orders and wiring diagrams to route and secure wire harnesses and conductors, verify wire colors and connections, terminate wiring, and install electrical components and customer-specific options. They inspect completed work before requesting quality-control review and record work in production tracking systems. The role also includes maintaining parts inventory and KanBan, validating incoming materials, and keeping the workspace clean and 6S-compliant. At higher levels, installers troubleshoot electrical faults, resolve wiring conflicts and bill-of-material errors, mentor newer installers, and provide technical support for complex or non-standard builds. The position is onsite at 7227 Rampart, Building A, Houston, Texas. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; occasional evening or weekend work may be required. Pay varies by level and experience: Level I (0–2 years), $18–$21 per hour; Level II (2–4 years), $22–$25 per hour; and Level III (4–6 years), $26–$29 per hour. Starting rate is based on experience and installation assessment results.
