Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Documented experience/training on various systems and controls.
Must be able to work without constant supervision.
Must be able to make reliable decisions.
Must have good judgment.
Must have knowledge of safety procedures.
Must be able to handle multiple tasks and projects and prioritize based on departmental functions.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Good interpersonal skills required.
Strong communication skills.
Strong organization skills.
Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Dependable, consistent, and accurate in the execution of policies and procedures.
Ability to establish and maintain good relations with coworkers and external customers.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Electrical and or HVAC equipment repair/maintenance is preferred.
Strong computer skills are necessary for Level 3-4 and would be preferred, but not a necessity for Level 1-2.

Responsibilities

Assist with the installation of electrical conduit, electrical conductors, junction boxes, and Building Automation controller bases (Level-1).
Install electrical conduit, electrical conductors, junction boxes, and Building Automation controller bases with minimal supervision (Level-2).
Install electrical conduit, electrical conductors, junction boxes, and Building Automation controller bases with no supervision (Level-3 & Level-4).
Wire and troubleshoot basic control/relay logic circuits with minimal oversight (Level-3).
Wire and troubleshoot basic control/relay logic circuits without any oversight and/or assistance (Level-4).
Have a complete understanding of the standard processes, procedures, and products that the company invests in (Level-4).
Proactively work in a safe manner.
Ensure that customer satisfaction is always 100%.
Interact with customers and contractors as required.
Coordinate with project managers and foreman to meet the needs of all projects.
Provide assistance to others as needed.
Read Blue Prints and other Construction documents.
Provide status reports of work related to any project involvement.
Troubleshoot (Level-3 through Level-4).
Perform other duties as assigned.
