About The Position

As an Electrical Foreman, you will lead electrical installation projects at customer sites across North America. The Electrical Foreman is responsible for overseeing installation crews, coordinating work assignments, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects on time and within budget. This hands-on leadership role requires planning, team guidance, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with project management to deliver successful mechanical system installations.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in electrical installation.
Willingness to travel extensively within the continental United States.
High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings.
Strong safety awareness with a dedication to maintaining a secure workplace.
Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs and performing tasks including moving, dragging, bending, navigating low spaces, and traversing extensive construction sites in various climates.
Effective communicator and able to take direction from supervision.
A valid driver’s license is required.

Nice To Haves

Technical degree or specialized training preferred.
Basic digital literacy preferred, including email, spreadsheet entry, and report input.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned electrical tasks safely and efficiently within the allotted time as advised by site supervision.
Take personal responsibility for safety and promote a safe work environment for others.
Provide mentorship, basic training, and support to less experienced personnel.
Travel 100% to customer sites across the United States.
Physically able to lift at least 50 lbs.
Perform activities like pushing, pulling, squatting, crawling, and walking.
Work on large building sites across diverse weather conditions and settings.
