Requirements
- 2+ years of residential electrical experience
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record
- Ability to lift equipment and work in various indoor and outdoor environments
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening

Responsibilities
- Install, inspect, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems, including wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, circuit breakers, panels, and related components
- Diagnose electrical issues and provide safe, effective solutions that meet code requirements
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical codes, and specifications to ensure accurate and compliant installations
- Perform service calls and emergency repairs in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company procedures
- Accurately document work performed using ServiceTitan software
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and solutions clearly with homeowners
- Recommend products and services that improve electrical performance, safety, and customer satisfaction
