About The Position

We are seeking an Electrical Field Technician to support electrical material verification, field coordination, and AC Box rework activities in a fast-paced industrial/project environment. This role is responsible for reviewing drawings, checking electrical materials and components, supporting inspection work, and helping oversee day-to-day execution in coordination with contractors and internal teams. This position is best suited for someone with hands-on electrical experience who is comfortable working in both field and warehouse-related environments, can identify issues with electrical materials or equipment, and is able to support small-team coordination when needed.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience in electrical, construction, industrial, or field-based environments
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and basic electrical layouts
  • Familiarity with electrical materials, components, and equipment
  • Ability to identify basic issues with electrical materials or related equipment
  • Experience supporting field activities, inspections, or project execution
  • Comfortable coordinating with contractors and cross-functional teams
  • Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in semiconductor, industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale factory environments
  • Experience with material verification, field inspection, or rework support
  • Ability to lead or coordinate small teams in daily execution
  • Journeyman electrician license or similar electrical background is a plus
  • Mandarin is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support and follow up on AC Box rework activities in accordance with project requirements and drawings
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings to verify installation and material accuracy
  • Inspect electrical materials, components, and equipment to confirm they meet project requirements
  • Check material conditions, quantities, and basic electrical functionality, including identifying visible issues or abnormalities
  • Support incoming material inspections, return material acceptance, and outbound material verification as needed
  • Coordinate with contractors, warehouse, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve material or installation-related issues
  • Identify non-conforming materials or work conditions and report issues for follow-up
  • Maintain related inspection records, documentation, and progress updates
  • Assist with tracking material usage and supporting project execution in the field
  • Help coordinate and guide small groups as needed for daily work execution
  • Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company policies
