About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Electrical/Hardware Engineering Manager to lead and manage our Electrical/Hardware Engineering teams. This role is responsible for driving end-to-end product development from design through production launch, managing engineering resources, project schedules, budgets, and deliverables. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership on complex electronics and embedded hardware systems, conduct thorough design reviews, and partner directly with customers to define requirements and resolve technical challenges. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality, Program Management, and Operations is essential. This position also involves supporting engineering scaling, hiring, mentoring, and team development.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
• 3+ years of Engineering Management or Technical Leadership experience.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Mixed-Signal Hardware Design.
• Experience in Power Electronics.
• Experience in PCB Design & Validation.
