Requirements
- Proficiency in deriving detailed hardware requirements and designing hardware from subsystem concepts.
- Strong ability to work within a team to achieve design and prototyping goals.
- Capability to identify and propose improvements to hardware items.
- Expertise in creating and executing detailed test plans to ensure hardware functionality and quality.
- U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities
- Translate high-level assembly requirements or concepts into specific, implementable, and testable hardware requirements
- Collaborate in the design process to create and prototype hardware items from subsystem designs
- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for your hardware item, identifying at least two potential upgrades to enhance technical capabilities, manufacturing yield, or usability
- Develop and execute a comprehensive verification test plan for standalone hardware items based on derived requirements
