About The Position

Indotronix is seeking an Electrical Hardware Design & Engineer Level 3. This is an onsite job located in El Segundo, CA, with a duration of 6 months. The shift is the first shift, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of related work experience. The engineer will analyze customer and system requirements to develop architectural approaches and detailed specifications for electronic products, develop high-level and detailed designs, and validate designs through reviews, testing, and analysis. They will also identify and track technical performance measures, support supplier management, provide engineering support throughout the product lifecycle, and investigate emerging technologies for future product designs. The role works under general direction.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of System Verilog experience
• At least 2 years of UVM required (universal verification methodology)
• Demonstrate strong digital hardware fundamentals.
• Exercise sound engineering judgment.
• Work independently with minimal oversight.
• Communicate clearly and proactively.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation.
• Take ownership of their work and deliver maintainable engineering solutions.
• Ability to clearly explain personal technical contributions, design decisions, debugging approach, and ownership of deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes customer and system requirements to develop basic architectural approaches and detailed specifications for various electronic products.
• Develops high-level and detailed designs consistent with requirements and specifications.
• Validates designs through various methods of review, testing and analysis.
• Identifies, tracks and statuses technical performance measures to measure progress and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Supports Supplier Management with make/buy recommendations and other technical services of limited scope.
• Provides engineering support throughout the lifecycle of the product.
• Investigates emerging technologies to develop concepts for future product designs to meet projected requirements.
