About The Position

The Electrical General Foreman will be responsible for managing commercial and industrial electrical projects, as well as mid-rise multi-family residential apartment buildings. This role involves leading a team of up to 30 electricians, assigning daily tasks, managing job site materials, and tracking manpower for efficient execution. The Foreman will also coordinate project updates with the office team, communicate with clients and other trades, and ensure successful project completion within deadlines and budgets. Responsibilities include completing and delivering as-builts and project closeout documentation.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, and mid rise residential multi family projects
6+ years of leading a team of electricians
Four year training with accredited electrical school required with journeyman certificate
Company van provided with gas card
Possess excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and detail oriented
Strong knowledge of NEC
OSHA 30 or willing to obtain
Valid driver's license
