About The Position
Shanahan Mechanical & Electrical is seeking a full-time Electrical Foreman in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role involves supervising and assisting electricians, apprentices, and other craft workers on projects. The Foreman will adhere to and communicate all aspects of construction, including safety, technology, equipment, methods, company policies, procedures, and standards. Local travel may be required.
Requirements
- Experience leading and training craft workers
- Current State of Nebraska Electrical Journeyman License
- Ability to read tape measure and construction documents
- Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, and MVR check if applicable
- Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without current or future need for employer sponsorship.
Responsibilities
- Supervises and assists electricians, apprentices and other craft workers assigned to projects
- Adheres to and communicates all aspects of construction: safety, technology, equipment, methods, company policies, procedures, and standards
- Completes other duties as directed
- Local travel as required
