About The Position

IES Residential is looking for an experienced Electrical Leadman to lead a crew on new single-family home construction projects. If you’re a hands-on leader who knows residential wiring inside and out, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

• 4+ years of residential electrical experience
• 1+ year in a leadership or crew lead role
• Strong knowledge of NEC, blueprints, and wiring practices
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check & drug screening
• License Required

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a crew installing residential electrical systems (layout, rough-in, trim-out)
• Ensure all work meets NEC, local codes, and IES quality standards
• Train and mentor apprentices
• Troubleshoot issues and keep projects moving efficiently
• Maintain safety standards (OSHA & IES policies)
