About The Position
Emory Electric and Ascension Property Services are hosting on the spot interviews for Electrician Foremen. Military experience welcomed! We are seeking experienced Electrical Foremen to lead commercial electrical projects and field crews throughout South Carolina. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day job site operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. Emory Electric is a family-owned company with more than 40 years of service and is part of Ascension Property Services, a nationwide network of specialty trade contractors. Requirements
- Commercial electrical installation experience
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks, crews, and project priorities
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Successful completion of a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Nice To Haves
- Previous foreman or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience with inspections and working with inspectors is a plus
- Trade certifications are beneficial but not required
Responsibilities
- Leading and directing electrical crews on commercial job sites
- Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and project plans
- Coordinating manpower, materials, and equipment needs
- Establishing and tracking project benchmarks and schedules
- Communicating project progress, challenges, and resource needs with project management
- Supporting inspections and maintaining compliance requirements
- Promoting a strong safety culture and positive team environment
- Ensuring work is completed according to project specifications and timelines
