About The Position
HM Staffing is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on commercial and/or industrial projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to read blueprints, coordinate schedules, and ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget. If you're a hands-on leader who takes pride in quality workmanship and keeping projects moving, we want to hear from you.
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial/industrial electrical experience
- Previous foreman or crew leadership experience required
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and NEC code
- Ability to manage manpower and meet deadlines
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
Nice To Haves
- OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead electrical crews on job sites
- Plan, schedule, and assign daily work activities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
- Ensure compliance with NEC and local electrical codes
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors
- Order materials and manage job site inventory
- Maintain safety standards and conduct toolbox talks
- Train and mentor apprentices and journeymen
