About The Position

Bopat Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to join their team. This is a hands-on field role where the individual will lead and supervise crews while planning, scheduling, and coordinating daily work. The company specializes in maintaining and optimizing critical electrical distribution systems, delivering reliable, safety-first solutions across commercial, industrial, healthcare, and institutional environments. Requirements

• 5+ years of electrical experience with an active Journeyman License
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Experience managing commercial projects ranging from $100K to $2M
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and infrastructure
• Experience with lighting controls, motor controls, conduit bending (½"–4"), MC cable, switchgear, fire alarm systems, panel installation, low voltage controls, and HVAC wiring
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily work for assigned projects
• Schedule and coordinate crew activities and adjust as needed
• Lead, train, and mentor crew members in the field
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and quality expectations
• Perform safety inspections and enforce job site compliance
• Review completed work and maintain quality control
• Communicate with customers, contractors, and project stakeholders
• Maintain job documentation, including daily reports and crew tracking
