About The Position

Choice Electric is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to lead crews on a variety of commercial and industrial projects. In this key leadership role, you’ll oversee installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to code. You’ll be a mentor to apprentices and journeymen, a liaison with clients and inspectors, and a driving force behind project success.

Requirements

Valid Colorado Journeyman Electrician License
4–7 years of hands-on electrical experience
2+ years of supervisory experience
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Strong knowledge of the NEC and local electrical/building codes
Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints

Nice To Haves

Colorado Master Electrician License
Certifications: OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Denver Fire Alarm Installer
Trade school certification or a high school diploma
Experience with electronic project management platforms (BlueBeam, Procore, PlanGrid)

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a crew of 4–8 apprentices and journeymen on various electrical projects
Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of electrical installation, service, and repair
Oversee conduit and cable installations (MC, EMT, rigid), as well as underground PVC work
Install electrical devices, fixtures, backup generators, and lighting control systems
Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met or exceeded
Maintain clear and professional communication with GCs, owners, inspectors, and team members
Conduct job site inspections and ensure compliance with regulations and specifications
Contribute to recruiting, onboarding, training, and mentoring of team members
Support the company’s strategic direction as a member of the field leadership team
