About The Position

As an Electrical Foreman, you will lead electrical installation projects at client locations throughout North America. The Electrical Foreman is responsible for leading all aspects of installation crews, coordinating work assignments, ensuring high-quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and completing projects on time and within budget. This hands-on leadership role requires planning, team mentorship, fixing issues, and close collaboration with project management to deliver successful mechanical system installations.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in electrical installation.
  • Willingness to travel 100% of the time within the continental United States.
  • High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Ability to read and comprehend engineered drawings.
  • Strong safety awareness with a dedication to maintaining a secure workplace.
  • Capable of lifting a minimum of 50 lbs and performing tasks including moving, dragging, bending, navigating low spaces, and traversing extensive construction sites in various climates.
  • Effective communicator and able to take direction from supervision.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical degree or specialized training preferred.
  • Basic digital literacy preferred, including email, spreadsheet entry, and report input.
