About The Position
Maynor Services Company is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee electrical installation crews working on residential production and custom home construction. This field-based leadership role involves coordinating with builders and internal teams, resolving problems, developing people, and ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to high quality standards.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in residential new construction electrical work.
- Strong understanding of rough-in and trim phases.
- Ability to read blueprints and lay out homes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Supervise electrical installation crews on residential new construction projects.
- Walk and lay out production and custom homes before installation begins.
- Coordinate daily activities with office staff, builders, field crews, and warranty technicians.
- Monitor job progress and maintain production schedules.
- Perform quality control inspections.
- Ensure homes are inspection-ready and customer-ready before turnover.
- Maintain accurate inspection records and project documentation.
- Promote a safe, productive, and professional jobsite.
