About The Position

We are looking for a dedicated Electrical Field Supervisor with strong leadership abilities and deep knowledge of residential electrical systems. This role is responsible for overseeing daily operations on job sites in the Wilmington, NC area, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met for single-family residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in single-family residential work.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on residential electrical experience (single-family homes) preferred
• Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in the field
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Knowledge of residential electrical code compliance and safety best practices
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise on-site electrical teams, subcontractors, and apprentices on residential job sites
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate tasks to meet project deadlines and budget requirements
• Interpret and execute electrical drawings, blueprints, and project documentation
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with NEC codes, local building codes, and safety standards
• Conduct regular safety briefings and site inspections; maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to report on progress, workforce needs, and potential issues
• Provide technical guidance, hands-on support, and mentorship to crew members
• Order and track materials and tools required to keep projects moving efficiently
• Perform additional duites as assigned
