About The Position

Graywolf Integrated Construction is seeking an Electrical Superintendent in Cameron, LA for the first assignment, with future assignments requiring travel as projects demand. Superintendents are the lifeline to customers and craft, responsible for managing projects of varying sizes. Assignments may be short or longer in duration, and selected hires will travel from project to project, playing a key role in mobilization from the planning to execution phase. Heavy travel will be required, and a company truck will be provided. We offer a strong competitive compensation package including wages, completion bonuses, and a lucrative benefit package. Requirements

At least 15 years of heavy industrial experience with 8-years as a Craft Superintendent or above.
Must have knowledge of electrical licensing requirements.
OSHA-30 or the ability to complete OSHA-30 upon selection.
Technical knowledge of O365/SharePoint and other planning construction software.
Strong experience in Safety, Leadership, Mobilization, Negotiation, Planning and Contract Administration.

Nice To Haves

Completion of Engineering or Construction Management program is preferred.
NCCER certifications are preferred (NCCER Plus).

Responsibilities

Lead and inspire Craft Superintendents, General Foreman, Foreman for excellent results in safety and performance.
Manage contract deliverables.
Attend all customer meetings with project updates and work to remove any obstacles that may impede project excellence.
Review and work collaboratively for any change orders.
Collaborate with all levels within the organization on project completion and turnover.
Ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained and in accordance with crew-mix and composite rate.
Maintain project schedule related to manpower, materials, and plan for contingencies.
Champion company values and ethics and help to develop future leaders in a meritocracy-based region.
