About The Position

The Electrical Field Manager oversees all electrical operations within the organization. This role provides leadership, guidance, and technical support to field personnel performing on-site services, including installation, repair, and maintenance activities. The manager ensures that all field work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards while meeting project timelines and maintaining customer satisfaction. This position combines operational oversight with hands-on technical expertise—leading field teams, coordinating resources, enforcing compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and driving operational excellence across multiple project sites.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in electrical fieldwork.
  • At least 3 years in a supervisory or multi-site management role.
  • Proven ability in creating, leading and driving teams/projects.
  • Satisfactory driving record as required by the company’s insurance provider.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical or vocational training or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Basic understanding of ServiceTitan Software desired.
