About The Position

The Electrical Execution Planner is an integral part of the production control team at Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC. This role is responsible for thoroughly analyzing technical data packages (TDPs) to define appropriate build steps, including electrical box assembly, wire harness fabrication, soldering, and testing. The planner must effectively communicate with supervisors, cable lab technicians performing the work, as well as quality control and testing personnel. Key responsibilities also include administering production control operations, ensuring continuous improvement in scheduling and sequencing processes, controlling and handling inventories, facilitating on-time delivery, and mitigating costs. The execution planner will monitor metrics for system performance management, prioritize and sequence work, coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials, compile status reports, maintain documentation for delays or changes, report activity results, investigate production control problems, and develop positive relationships with internal and external customers.

Requirements

Intermediate computer skills specifically using Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn additional computer skills or software programs
Ability to enter data accurately into databases
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively and cooperatively with all levels of management and staff
Will also routinely interact with external contacts such as customers, vendors, suppliers, shipping companies, etc.
Must be trustworthy – will handle confidential information routinely
Effective communication skills
Ability to use general office equipment such as scanner, phone, copier, etc.
Ability to follow a process
Strong professional customer service skills, including active listening, prompt service and follow-up
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and consider decision impact across multiple areas
Strong decision analysis and problem-solving skills; ability to draw conclusions and justify decisions
Must be able to communicate issues to management and regulatory agencies

Ability to multi-task
Must have a background in electrical box assembly, wire harness building, etc.
Have working knowledge of Aviation spec SAE-AS50881, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC-A-610, and J-STD-001
Ability to pass a drug and background screening
Must be able to obtain a government security clearance
High School Diploma or Equivalent with 15 years’ task related experience or Bachelor Degree with 10 Year tasked related experience

Responsibilities

Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, and military specifications
Create routers for all required operational steps from the requirements specified within the technical data package (TDP)
Identify part marking requirements
Monitor metrics for system performance management
Prioritize and sequence work, executing work plans and implementing controls
Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials
Arrange for delivery, assembly or distribution of components and supplies to expedite flow of materials and meet production schedules
Compile status reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, materials inventories, materials used, customer feedback and production issues
Maintain documentation and information to account for delays, difficulties, and / or changes to cost estimates
Report activity results and provide feedback on performance
Execute plans for continuous improvement for the control and handling of inventories
Investigate production control problems, analyze root causes, and recommend solutions
Develop positive relationships with internal and external customers to ensure that productivity goals are consistently met and provide regular status
Revise production schedules when necessary due to design changes, labor or material shortages, backlogs, or other interruptions
Perform other related duties to ensure that the ongoing needs of the organization are met
May have lead or supervisory responsibilities
Has the responsibility and authority to carry out assigned tasks
