About The Position

Not just another electrical job. This is a role where you own the work—from the first site visit to the final install. We’re looking for a hands-on electrician who can think like an estimator and lead like a pro. Someone who’s comfortable walking a job site, talking to customers, building material lists, and then jumping in the field when needed. At Critical Peake Services , you won’t be stuck behind a desk or just pulling wire—you’ll be part of the full project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Journeyman or Master Electrician (required)
• Experience with estimating, takeoffs, or job costing
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, code, and field execution
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple jobs
• Comfortable balancing office work, site visits, and field work
• Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to assess projects and gather field conditions
• Work directly with customers and clients to understand needs and scope
• Review plans, specs, and job requirements to build accurate estimates
• Create detailed material lists and labor projections
• Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and internal teams
• Manage jobs from planning through execution
• Step into the field to perform journeyman-level electrical work as needed
• Ensure all work meets code, safety, and quality standards
