About The Position

Fleetway is seeking Electrical Engineers and Electrical Technologists of all experience levels to join our growing team and contribute to some of Canada's largest and most complex marine and defence programs. In this role, you will support the design, integration, analysis, and sustainment of electrical systems for naval and commercial vessels, helping to deliver capabilities that support the Royal Canadian Navy's next generation of ships. From power generation and distribution systems to communications, control systems, and equipment integration, your work will have a direct impact on the safety, performance, and operational effectiveness of some of the most advanced vessels in service today. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team of engineers, technologists, designers, and project specialists, you will tackle complex technical challenges, contribute to innovative solutions, and gain exposure to every stage of the engineering lifecycle. Whether supporting new vessel construction, modernization programs, or in-service support initiatives, you'll play an important role in bringing critical marine systems from concept to reality. Requirements

  • Must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
  • Must meet requirements for Canadian Government Security Clearance.

Responsibilities
