They specialize in user-friendly premade pouch packing machines, cost-effective VFFS baggers, high-speed vertical baggers, and multilane stick packaging machines, serving diverse industries such as food products and pharmaceuticals. As an Electrical Engineering Operations Manager, you will lead a team of engineers and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of innovative packaging machinery and automation solutions. You will oversee the entire engineering lifecycle, from concept to maintenance, ensuring the highest quality and performance of our products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in electrical engineering and team management, preferably in the packaging or automation industry.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to lead a technical team.
• Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI, and various programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of electrical engineers and technicians, providing technical guidance and performance evaluations.
• Manage and coordinate engineering projects, ensuring they meet specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Design, develop, and test electrical systems, components, and software for packaging machinery.
• Oversee the installation, startup, and commissioning of equipment, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Research and evaluate new technologies to improve engineering processes and products.
• Collaborate with other managers, customers, and vendors to align engineering activities with company strategies.
• Maintain and review engineering documentation, including schematics, manuals, and reports.
• Ensure the safety, quality, and functionality of all engineering projects.
