The role also includes significant leadership responsibility, including mentoring engineering staff, contributing to strategic growth initiatives, supporting market expansion efforts, and helping establish a sustainable and profitable consulting practice. This opportunity is based in the Phoenix office with additional flexibility across Mesa and Scottsdale locations and limited hybrid scheduling depending on project requirements.
