About The Position
Develop and deliver high-quality, student-centered lectures and lab sessions. Create engaging and interactive lesson plans that incorporate real-world examples and hands-on activities. Provide individualized support and assistance to students as needed. Stay up-to-date with advancements in the electrical engineering field and incorporate them into curriculum development. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow and/or create effective and engaging lesson plans
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students
