Requirements

• Undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, physics or mathematics
• High level of academic achievement
• Solid law firm, engineering, or industry experience
• Superb writing and communication skills
• Admission to the USPTO
• JD and active bar admission in the jurisdiction in which the candidate intends to practice (for associate candidates)

Responsibilities

• Patent preparation and prosecution
• Draft, file, and prosecute patent applications related to graphics processing units, tensor processing units, accelerators, neural engines, and robotics circuitry and actuators.
