About The Position

TSC is seeking highly-motivated students pursuing a degree in Electrical, Computer, and/or Wireless Engineering for an Electrical Engineering Co-Op position. These students will excel academically, exhibit a passion for their work, and demonstrate a positive attitude. During this experience, students will convert theory into practice by applying classroom knowledge to practical work situations, gaining knowledge and skills that will enhance future coursework. Our co-ops commit three semesters to TSC through an alternating work schedule with their school schedule. These three semesters offer students the opportunity to clarify their academic focus and test their career interests and goals. Many of our experienced engineers were at one-time TSC co-ops, and it’s our goal to continue in this tradition. Our co-ops shall have an interest in the analysis and design of RF/microwave sensors and systems, including but not limited to radars/sensors, missile seekers, and communications systems. They will also have a strong desire to learn the theoretical background in the following areas: RF/Microwave Systems/Subsystems, RF/Microwave System/Subsystem Test Equipment, Electromagnetic Fields & Waves Theory and Analysis, Antenna & Antenna Array Theory & Analysis, Digital Hardware Design, Digital/Analog Signal Processing, Radar & Communication System/Subsystem Analysis, Radar & Communication System Signal Processing, and Embedded Software/Firmware Development.
