This role involves hands-on design and troubleshooting of systems, exposure to advanced engineering processes, and potential travel to client sites. The position spans Summer - Fall 2027.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from an ABET-accredited program
- GPA of 3.0 or greater
- Previous experience with and/or coursework in AutoCAD
- Previous experience with and/or coursework involving theory and/or programming of industrial PLCs
Responsibilities
- Apply electrical engineering fundamentals while performing design tasks under the supervision of a lead engineer
- Develop detailed electrical design drawings using AutoCAD and AutoCAD Electrical software packages
- Program PLC’s and HMI hardware
- Assist with validation of the software and drawing databases
