About The Position

SSOE is seeking an Electrical Engineer Co-op for Spring 2027 to join their team in Toledo, OH. This is an onsite, full-time co-op rotation that requires daily presence at the Toledo office. Remote or hybrid work arrangements are not available for this position. As part of SSOE's commitment to innovation, all team members will be trained on Microsoft Copilot and empowered to use it as a core tool in their everyday work.

Requirements

• Current enrollment in a four-year Electrical Engineering degree program.
• Proficient in Microsoft software Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge and use of REVIT, AutoCAD, 3D packages preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs assigned tasks under close supervision of Department Manager or designee.
• Receives specific and detailed instruction.
• Learns and uses department standards, methods, and procedures respective to field of study.
• Meets various deadlines on daily duties or special projects as assigned by DM or designee.
• Occasional travel may be required.
• Valid driver's license required.
